Danny Silvertone spent 2017-2019 performing at various festivals and showcases as the frontman of an alternative pop-rock band, a time that he notes allowed to form his signature sound.

Danny rebranded from being the frontman of an alternative Rock Group, then created a brooding and mysterious sound created specifically for troubled youth that may be struggling with mental health nuances. During the pandemic of 2020, Danny took this time to reflect on his formative years, and utilized the duration of his social distancing time to write his debut project: "INSOMNIA".

INSOMNIA, a record he claims to be named after a specific time period in which he had trouble sleeping, is Silvertone's debut album. The record was released in October of 2021 and has been praised by fans for its blend of ambient pop, smooth R&B vocals, and vivid lyrical imagery.

He aims to bring awareness to common mental health obstacles that young people face as a result of the internet and overlapping social nuances through his music - currently Danny is working on creating a multimedia / visual online experience for INSOMNIA that enforces principles he feel's passionate about such as community, creativity, inclusivity, and self improvement.
