KATH

KATH fell in love with music at an early age, being accepted into her local church choir as a middle soprano when she was only in 3rd grade.

After graduating college and joining a media agency, KATH began to perform original material at NYC’s famous The Bitter End. It was her first time playing almost full sets with just original music and the positive feedback and reception from these shows drove KATH to write more music, collaborate with other artists, and perform all over NYC and Long Island.

When the Pandemic hit, KATH took a beat to think through her future as an artist and eventually decided on a rebrand. She met her new producer, Joey Auch, and they started working together remotely. The first single KATH recorded with Joey was “Can I Show You Crazy Yet”- a huge step forward for KATH.  She continued to record with Joey and eventually released several new tunes including  “How To Touch A Lady” that reached Top 15 on the National What’s In-Store Music Chart catching the ears at retail and Shazaming all over the U.S.  

KATH introduced her full live band in 2022 as an opening act at the Mercury Lounge in NYC, and two months later as a headliner at Rockwood Music Hall. You can now find KATH performing acoustic sets at Sofar Sound events throughout the NYC area, and plans to drop her debut EP in 2023.
