Reed Gaines creates nostalgic, reserved indie rock music that begs to be listened to again and again. While upon first listen, you may be taken by his captivating melodies and immersive soundscapes, further analysis yields vivid visualizations and haunting scenes of loss, love, and the pursuit of self-actualization.

Originally drawn to indie music for its anthemic qualities and repeatable melodies, Reed quickly became endeared with the darker side of the genre and began to draw influence from artists such as Helena Deland, Novo Amor, Perfume Genius, Big Thief, and Flyte.

Reed grew up in Nashville, TN, and after a short stint in Miami, FL, promptly moved back to pursue his music career, both behind the scenes and as an artist.
